今年こそKonaは開催されると信じて

Endurance Nationを再開しました

 

シーズン最初にCoachからビデオメッセージをもらうんですが

 

パーソナルベスト10時間46分は達成できるぞ

Konaはトリッキーでその年のコンディションにより左右されるけどな

そのためにはバイクにフォーカスしろ

って熱~い内容でした

Now, I know that looking at your schedule here that you're you know, 10 are really building but trying to stay healthy over time, especially given the situation you have. And the idea in Kona, obviously is to break 10:46. That's legit like Kona is tricky. I don't know what the right word is for tricky. But some years it's very favorable and you have a tailwind in other years. It is not favorable and there's just a headwind. The sun is hot, and it doesn't matter, right. But I hope that things will favor you and that you will bring their fitness ready to succeed. What I'm recommending for you is that you follow our program where we do our bike focus block first, which will take up their fitness you have now unhappy, do more cycling work and run work, and then you want to keep your money down. And I know you'll still run long on the weekends but not too long. You don't have to run too long all the time. Then I have new transitioning here into our get faster training plan. This is some much needed speed or free, sort of shorter workout sessions during the week. A little bit higher intensity will get you ready to be successful and will balance out on the weekends with some longer workouts. It'll take a rest week in the middle of July, and they no load our bike plan or bike focused plan for the full race to get ready for combat. That's probably the best way to go forward. I want to make sure that we're keeping you healthy on the run. So if it's run speed and not run volume, this issue let me know in this program, I think you can handle it will work. I will have Matt mode these into your account for you and final surge and you'll be ready to go. I think right now we're waiting for your account to be connected. 今回コーチPが作ってくれたメニューで一番の驚きは

スイムを1ヶ月間全然やらないこと

 

4月16日からメニューがスタートして5月22日までスイムなし

とにかくバイクに注力(+おまけにブリックラン)なのです

 

スイムが速い訳じゃないのに70’/3.8kmの泳力があれば

それ以上努力しても成長曲線は鈍って利益率が悪いってことかな

 

今シーズンのメニューでお願いしたことは全てのバイク練習を

ZWIFTにしたいってことでした

でも何も変わっていません

屋外でも屋内でも同じことをやれってことなんですね

ラン9km

 

ベランダの八重桜が満開をすぎて散り始めました

満開の美しい姿をポストするタイミングがなかったんで貼り付けておきます

霧雨の残る中

ワークマンのストームランナーで軽くジョグ

わざと水溜まり踏んでも全く無問題

通勤〜オフィス勤務〜ランまで11時間履いても蒸れない透湿性

アッパーについては一流品なんだけど

フィット感含めソールは三流品でした
